I do agree that people who eat breakfast in the morning are more productive and at the most more healthy than those who do not eat breakfast. I myself do not eat breakfast everyday but maybe 3 times a week or when I can find the time to actually stop and eat. I do have to say that my sister,whom eats breakfast EVERYDAY is more productive in school and has more energy through-out the day which in turn makes her healthier.I also find that I am more productive and more energy filled when I eat breakfast.
