What does this quote mean? Do you think it applies to your parents? Does it apply to any of your friends' parents?

I thinh the quote is specifically for your parents. For the simple fact that it says "never lend your car to anyone to whom you have given birth to" . I can tell you my parents d0 not let me use their car for ANYTHING,no matter what it is.
